All animals are guaranteed to be in good condition, properly sexed, and will have fed at least twice before being shipped unless agreed to otherwise.
If you are not completely satisfied with the animal(s) you have purchased, notification is required within 48 hrs. of arrival. East Coast Serpents reserves the right to make adjustments of like kind or refund of payment. If the animal(s) is returned, you will be responsible for the expenses to properly return the animal(s).
All animals will be paid for in advance via a personal check, money order, or credit card using PayPal. Shipping will be scheduled once funds have cleared the bank or verified through Paypal. Shipping, for any purchase over $1000, will be done by airport to airport unless otherwise agreed upon. We are known shippers with Delta and ship Delta Dash. Live arrival is guaranteed if shipments are picked up within two hours of scheduled flight arrival time. We can ship all other purchases via DHL overnight to your door, although we can not guarantee live arrival using this method. All shipping charges will be prepaid in advance with your purchase.
